If the data services are being used without proper authorization, Sathya may discontinue the services.

The Plan offered by SATHYA shall be subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) which shall be imposed upon consumption of 3333GB in a billing cycle post which the speed of the data shall be reduced to 1 MBPS. The FUP may be amended and implemented by SATHYA from time to time, at its sole discretion.
