Refund and Cancellation Policy

At SATHYA Fibernet, our primary goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. To achieve this, we strongly recommend that customers carefully review the terms and conditions, as well as the fee and charging patterns, before purchasing our services. SATHYA Fibernet exclusively provides prepaid services, and as a policy, we do not entertain any requests for refund or cancellation of payments made by the subscriber(s) for Annual, Semi-Annual, Quarterly, or Monthly packages. This implies that no payment cancellations or refunds are permitted.

Any disputes related to payments, refunds, or cancellations due to technical reasons will be addressed through arbitration and resolved on a case-by-case basis. For New Connection requests, a refund will be processed if we are unable to deliver the connection due to non-feasibility. The refund for such cases will typically be processed within 5 to 7 days from the date of refund confirmation by SATHYA Fibernet. Refundable security deposits against physical assets will only be entertained upon the return of the specific physical asset in working condition.

In the event of billing disputes, SATHYA Fibernet subscribers are required to communicate their concerns by emailing or calling us from registered contacts at support@sathyainfo.com or +919952 300 300. Such concerns will be acknowledged on working hours and addressed within approximately 5 to 7 days. If a dispute is identified, it will be resolved by compensating the subscriber(s) through a discount or credit note adjusted in their account.

Important Note: We exclusively accept online transactions to our official company accounts. Customers are responsible for verifying the identity of the salesman/agent before making payments via cheques or DD. In case of any doubts regarding the salesman or the pricing plan, customers should confirm the details with our Customer Care (contact numbers are available on our website). SATHYA Fibernet will not be responsible for providing services in case of non-receipt of charges at its office.

In such cases, orders may require verification by phone before processing.
