These Terms are between the subscribers of SATHYA Fibernet services made available by and govern respective rights and obligations. By availing the Offer, the following terms and conditions shall be deemed to be accepted by the Customer.
Customer will be offered a yearly subscription to Amazon Prime membership provided by Amazon.com Inc. ("Amazon") and made available by the Company at no additional cost for the first 12 months from the date of activation of initial annual Amazon Prime membership, and then on a charged basis after the end period of the offer.
Customers who have subscribed to suitable SATHYA Fibernet plans are eligible for this offer. The Company and/or its affiliates reserve the rights to change the eligible plans and the Offer at any time without prior notice to the Customer. To learn about all of the eligible bill plans, customers can go to sathyanet.com or download the SATHYA Connect App about the plans available.
To avail these benefits, customers should activate it via the SATHYA Connect App or other methods as specified by the Company. Customers can subscribe to the Offer by browsing through sathyanet.com website and tapping on the Plans menu and then clicking on Entertainment Plan. To take up this offer, customers will be asked to sign in or create an Amazon account. The customer will also be informed of the costs that will apply at the end of the 12-month period.
Once they are subscribers or subscribe to an eligible SATHYA Fibernet plan, they will receive a 12-month Amazon Prime membership at no additional cost. With Amazon Prime membership, Customer receives access to all the perks provided under Amazon Prime membership such as content on Amazon Prime Video application, free fast delivery, and access to Amazon Music. Customers can watch the video on all the devices that are compatible with Amazon Prime Video app according to Amazon Terms and Conditions.
Customers availing this Offer shall be eligible to receive benefits provided by Amazon for its Amazon Prime members. Customer is required to visit Amazon Prime Terms and Conditions (www.amazon.in/primeterms) to know the same in more detail. Amazon will solely be responsible for resolving all the queries related to Amazon Prime membership benefits and related terms and conditions. This Offer is subject to guidelines and directions issued by the Department of Telecommunications (“DoT”), Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (“TRAI”) or any other statutory authority from time to time.
For the first 12 months after activation, the Customer will receive an Amazon Prime subscription at no additional cost. The Customer will not be automatically charged for Amazon Prime membership but will be required to recharge for an annual Amazon Prime membership through sathyanet.com or the SATHYA Connect App to continue receiving Amazon Prime membership benefits at the end of the 12-month period. The recharge will be at the current rate on the date of renewal, as indicated on the invoice or bill issued under the plan. The payments paid or imposed for renewal are non-refundable. Prior to the Offer's expiry, the customer will be alerted.
Customers will receive a complimentary 12-month Amazon Prime membership as part of this offer. If a customer unsubscribes or downgrades to an ineligible SATHYA Fibernet plan within these 12 months, the Offer will end immediately. The Customer will not be charged anything in this case.
If a customer does not desire to unsubscribe, he or she will be charged a renewal cost based on the current market rate for Amazon Prime Annual membership.

The Company reserves the right to change or modify these Terms & Conditions of the Offer, wholly or partially part, at any point of time during the Offer Period and without notice.
The Company reserves the right to cancel the Offer at any moment and without giving the Customer any notice. Regardless of anything in these terms to the contrary, after the Customer has been charged, the Customer will get Amazon Prime membership benefits according to Amazon's terms.
You may receive email, SMS, and other notifications/communications related to the Offer from the Company and/or SATHYA.
Customers cannot transfer or assign their Amazon Prime membership or any of its benefits.
Amazon Prime members are not allowed to use Amazon Prime benefits to purchase things for resale, rental, or shipping to their customers or potential customers.
All the terms and conditions mentioned under Amazon Prime Terms and Conditions will apply www.amazon.in/primeterms.
Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter, or modify this Offer or any part of it, including the eligibility criteria and the Terms, at any time during the Offer period as would be required, including in view of business exigencies, authorities, regulatory authority changes, and/or statutory changes, as well as for other reasons beyond its control. Customers will be bound by the most recent amended version of the Terms from the moment it is posted on the website. Customers should check the website on a frequent basis for any updates or amendments to these Terms, and if the changed or amended Terms are not acceptable to them, they should cancel their subscription to the Service. Customers who continue to subscribe to the Offer will be obliged to accept the most recent amended Terms.
If the Company suspects any fraudulent behaviour or misuse of the Offer, it may withdraw or terminate the Offer at any time and without notice. In the event of termination due to fraudulent activity that the Company determines, in its sole judgement, violates these Terms or any relevant law, or involves fraud or misuse of the Offer, the Company will not provide any refund.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disagreements or issues resulting from this agreement will be addressed to a Sole Arbitrator chosen by the Company, whose decision will be final and agreed by the parties. The arbitration will be held in Tuticorin.
In regard to the limitations set forth in this document, Company, its directors, managers, officers, employees, agents, or other representatives will not be liable for any direct, indirect, specific, incidental, consequential, or civil penalties, or any other damages of any kind, arising from or in connection with this Offer. Total liability, whether it’s in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or somehow, is limited to the Customer's most recent fee paid.
This Offer cannot be used with any other special offer or promotion of a similar character. By accepting this Offer, Customer confirms and waives the National Do Not Call Registry's rules and regulations, and agrees to receive promotional messages and alerts from the Company in connection with the current Offer and future offers, as the Company may determine in its sole and absolute discretion.
This Offer is subject to force unavoidable events, such as acts of God or any other events beyond the Company's reasonable control. The Customer is also bound by the Customer Application Form's terms and conditions, as updated from every now and then. This offer is applicable to any guidelines/directives issued from time to time by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI), the Department of Telecommunications (DOT), or any other statutory authority. The terms and conditions set out below do not supersede those set forth in the Subscriber Enrolment Form/Customer Application Form. Customers who take advantage of the benefits are additionally bound by a separate set of terms and conditions set forth by Amazon and available at www.amazon.in/primeterms, which are separate from these Terms.; The Company's failure to enforce any of the Terms in any given instance shall not be construed as a waiver of those Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by anybody. Feel free to call customer service with any issues, complaints, or complaints about the Offer.
Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company and its affiliates bear no responsibility or liability for the privacy, safety, or security of any details (which would include personal details) that the Customer may be required to share individually with Amazon or other third-party content providers in order to obtain relevant content. By taking advantage of these Benefits, the customer acknowledges and agrees that he or she will have no rights to the intellectual property rights of the Company and/or its affiliates, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, as well as any third-party content licensing rights to the Company and/or its affiliates which is provided through the Offer.
Customer acknowledges that this Offer is given solely on the basis of "best efforts" and is dependent on acceptance of these Terms. Customer's participation in the Offer is entirely optional, and Customer clearly agrees to do so at his or her own risk.
Company and its affiliates will not be liable to any Customer for any loss, injury, or other liability resulting from their participation in the Offer. Company provides no charge or implied assurance or warranty, including, but still not limited to, satisfying Customer's requirements or ambitions, timeliness, security of the Offer, and/or any delay or failure to avail the Offer, such as due to software or network issues. If Customer chooses to take the benefits of this offer, he or she does so on his or her own discretion and is solely responsible for adhering to the Terms and conditions hereunder, as well as any legal requirements, including but not limited to applicable local laws. In any situation and without notice or liability, the Company may establish limits on the use of or access to the Offer. The Company's role under this Offer is restricted to provide the Offer available to customers and delivering telecom service on its network to customers who take benefit of it. Customers accept that the Company does not own Amazon Prime Video and so is not liable for any fault, non-performance, content quality, or application/service-related matters related to the content in Amazon Prime Video. Customer and Amazon will directly resolve any such concerns or disputes. The Company and/or its affiliates are not liable for any such allegations or grievances, including but not restricted to defects, non-performance, content quality, or application/service-related difficulties involving Amazon Prime Video content.
